Privacy policy

Short version: we collect what you send us so we can help you, we use a small set of service providers to do it, and we do not sell your information.

Last updated October 23, 2026. MCEA LLC dba Thrive Tax Solutions ("Thrive," "we," "us") runs this website.

What we collect

  • What you submit. When you use the contact, membership signup, diagnostic, or waitlist forms, we receive your name, email, phone number, business name, and anything else you choose to write or select, such as your approximate revenue or tax situation.
  • Payment details. When you accept an agreement, you enter billing details on our billing provider's page. They never pass through this website and we do not see or store full card or bank numbers.
  • Basic visit data. We count page views and button clicks to see what is working, using Plausible Analytics. It sets no cookies and does not track you across sites or build a profile of you.

How we use it

To reply to you, set up and run your membership or case, send the agreement and billing, keep you informed about your request (including a waitlist confirmation), and improve this website.

Who receives it

We use these providers to run the practice. Each receives only what it needs.

  • Karbon, our practice management system, for contacts, notes, and work.
  • Anchor, for agreements, e-signature, and billing.
  • Resend, to deliver email, including the notices we send you and the ones that alert us to your request.
  • Resolyn, the case management system for our tax resolution work, for resolution and diagnostic requests.
  • Render and Cloudflare, which host and protect this website.
  • Plausible Analytics, for the visit counts described above.

This site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, and the Impact page shows content from B1G1. Those providers receive your device's IP address when the content loads, and may set their own cookies. If we turn on Cloudflare Turnstile to filter spam on forms, it checks your browser to tell people from bots.

We do not sell your information. We may disclose it when the law requires, to protect our rights, or to professional advisors under confidentiality.

Tax return information

Information you give us to prepare returns or resolve a tax matter is also covered by our engagement agreement and by the confidentiality rules that apply to tax practitioners. Those rules and that agreement control if they differ from this page.

How long we keep it

As long as needed for the purposes above and to meet our legal and professional record-keeping obligations.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information you sent through this website, or ask us to stop emailing you, using the contact page. We will reply within a reasonable time and tell you if the law requires us to keep something.

Children

This website is for business owners and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and change the date at the top.
