Tax problems have a process. We run it for you.

Unfiled returns, a balance you can't pay, a notice that doesn't make sense, from the IRS or your state. Aaron Siegel is an Enrolled Agent with the CTRC and CTRS tax resolution certifications. We get transcript access, find out exactly where you stand, and show you every option before you commit to a case.

Start a DiagnosticReferring a Client?

Prices up front, no games. We do the diagnostic first, write the plan, and quote a fixed case fee you can take or leave. The diagnostic is $1,697, credited to your case if you proceed.

What we handle

Unfiled returns

Transcript-driven compliance. We file what actually needs filing, replace IRS substitute returns, and stop penalties from compounding.

Balances you can't pay

Installment agreements, partial-pay agreements, currently not collectible status, and Offers in Compromise, calculated side by side so you choose from ranked options.

Notices, liens, and levies

CP and LT notices decoded, levy releases requested, lien withdrawals pursued where you qualify, and penalty abatement requested whenever there is a case for it.

Audits and exams

Correspondence and field audit representation. You hand us the letter, we handle the examiner.

Payroll tax

Trust fund recovery penalty defense and business collection cases for small employers who fell behind on 941s.

Monitoring

After the case closes, optional monthly transcript monitoring catches new notices, balance changes, and compliance drift before they become the next problem.

How a case runs

  1. Diagnostic

Signed authorization, transcript pull, statute check, and a written plan with a fixed fee. The diagnostic is $1,697 and is credited to your case if you proceed.

  2. Compliance

Any unfiled returns get filed. The IRS will not negotiate a balance until you are current.

  3. Resolution

We submit the option you chose, handle every IRS call and letter, and push it through to acceptance.

  4. Stay resolved

Estimated payments and monitoring so the agreement holds and you never go back to step one.

Referral desk for tax pros and attorneys

You keep the client. We handle the IRS piece. Direct-bill or co-branded, your call. Most referred matters are the cases a larger firm won't take: balances under $50K, a handful of unfiled years, a penalty abatement that just needs to be written well.

Resolution questions, answered

What does an Enrolled Agent do in an IRS case?
An Enrolled Agent is enrolled to represent taxpayers before the IRS in any matter: collections, audits, appeals, and notices. With a signed Form 2848 we speak to the IRS for you, so you do not have to.
How do you decide whether I qualify for an Offer in Compromise?
The IRS accepts an Offer when it collects more than it reasonably could through other means. We pull your transcripts, build your financial statement, and calculate every collection alternative side by side: full pay, installment agreement, partial-pay installment agreement, currently not collectible, and Offer. You see the ranked options before you pay for a case.
What is the first step?
A paid diagnostic, $1,697. We get transcript access, confirm what the IRS says you owe and what is unfiled, check collection statute dates, and give you a written plan with a fixed case fee. The diagnostic fee is credited to your case if you move forward.
I have years of unfiled returns. Where do I start?
With transcripts. They tell us what the IRS already has (wage and income data), which years the IRS has substituted its own return for, and which years actually need to be filed to get you into compliance. Often it is fewer years than people expect.
Do you work with other tax professionals and attorneys?
Yes. Our referral desk handles the resolution piece of your client matter while you keep the client. We can work co-branded or quietly in the background, and we bill you or the client, whichever you prefer.
